Dark red color. This 'best of the best' barrel selection leads with scents unique to classic Cabernets such as peppercorn, black pepper, blackberry, and game. You can tell right away this will be an excellent pairing with steak or any red meat. The flavors are a direct reflection of the aroma profile with blackberry and gamey notes lingering on. An abundance of velvety tannins and modest acidity make for a hedonistic start, middle, and end to this great effort. Drink now through 2020.
